FAQ

We would like to make your shopping as easy as possible. Hence, as you may have some doubts during the course of shopping with us, please select the subject below or you can click the plus (+) sign.

 

1. HOW DO I ORDER?
  • Simply click on your desired item and the quantity you would like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for Checkout.
  • Please note that each product may have variations such as wattage, size, shape, color and ability to dim. The price may change according to the specifications you select. Some products may have buy-in-a-set option to give you better price per unit. Take advantage of this option to save more on the product price. This shall be indicated as you make your selection.
  • At the Shipping Method page you will have to enter your details for shipping and payment purposes. There is a shipping calculator provided on your Shopping Cart page so you can calculate how much the shipping cost will be at Checkout. If the shipping cost reflected at Checkout page is different from the calculator, click on your Shipping Method page to check your shipping address again. Click ‘Continue to payment method’ button to see more payment methods. You don't have to check-out with Paypal.
  • Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase by clicking on the 'Complete order' button. Errors in selection may not be rectified if the product had already been submitted for fulfillment. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to send out your selection and up to 30 days before your order reaches you depending on your location and method of shipping.
  • After you click ‘Continue to payment method’ button, you can choose your payment methods. Paypal is NOT the only payment method accepted. We accept Credit cards and Paypal for USD Payment. For Singapore Dollar payment, we accept bank transfer, Cash/Cheque payment. Please note that all purchases are payable before goods are processed for shipment. We appreciate and are grateful for your kind understanding. 
2. DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER BEFORE I CAN PURCHASE?
  • No, you do not need to sign up a member, however, by registering with us, you will have faster a checkout process as you do not need to enter your details again. You may still change your personal data for updates or to a different shipping address. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
  • As part of our continued efforts to enhance our customer experience, we would like to request for your email and personal contactable details. The details are needed for shipping purposes. Please read our Privacy Policy for data collection at Checkout Page.
3. CAN I ORDER MORE THAN THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK?

Yes, we receive back-order items. So even if the status of the item is ‘Out-of-Stock’ or ‘Left 1 only’, you can still purchase as per normal. We will inform you if we will not be able to ship the item within 7 days.

4. WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Pre-Order items are normally unique made-to-order items. For items that need to be pre-ordered, the status reflected will be "Pre-Order” Labeled. 

5. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?

Please continue to order Pre-Order stock as you normally would by adding the desired quantity, type in the cart and make payment. We would email you with the expected delivery schedule. Pre-order items will be made to order and sent out soonest possible. It may take up to 14 days for pre-order items.

6. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
  • We accept Paypal and Credit Cards for USD payment.
  • Singapore Dollar payment can be done via Bank Transfer, Cash, and Cheque.
  • For Credit Card payment, please choose PayPal method. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to pay with Credit Card. For PayPal payment, pay with your Paypal account.
  • For Singapore Dollar payment, please select Bank Transfer or Cash/Cheque payment method to get information on how you can pay using this method. We provide dropdown currency selector so you can get the idea how much you will pay in Singapore Dollar. Please note that Ezzolights.com process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart is displayed in the currency of your choice, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. Inform us that you will pay with Singapore Dollar in the box Special Instruction for Seller when you are in your cart page, then on payment method at checkout page, please select Bank Transfer or Cash/Cheque payment.
  • We will process your order once we confirm and receive your payment.
7. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

Amendments are normally NOT allowed once it has been submitted for fulfillment. This will allow us to process your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. However, please email sales@ezzolights.com with your queries soonest possible and it shall be on a case-by-case basis. Orders made cannot be cancelled and refund applied. We MAY provide you with a credit note on a case-by-case basis.

8. WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN THE PAYMENT TIMEFRAME?

Please note that your orders will be cancelled automatically if bank transfer payments are not made within 24 hours. For payment via PayPal, please do so via the link you are redirected to after confirming the order. All orders shall only be submitted for fulfillment after the respective financial institutions had approved the payment.

9. WHY CAN'T I LOCATE THE PAYPAL PAGE TO PAY AGAIN?

Please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@ezzolights.com if the PayPal link does not work.

10. WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

All orders would be automatically cancelled if there was no payment confirmation within 24 hours. However, if you had already made payment and the order was accidentally cancelled, we will endeavor to contact you or you may also contact the Customer Care Team at sales@ezzolights.com or Contact Us and provide the transaction details.

11. WHY DOES MY RECEIPT AND MY ORDER COME FROM EZZOGENICS INSTEAD OF EZZOLIGHTS.COM?

All orders and documents will have EZZOGENICS label because EZZOGENICS Pte. Ltd. owns the brand EZZOLIGHTS as it is stated in our About Us page.

12. HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?

At the moment we only offer Free Shipping for purchase above USD20 to selected countries in Southeast Asia, namely: Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines. Free Shipping delivery will be processed within 14-30 days until you receive your order. We will try our best to update you with situation as much as possible. We would like you to update us with the situation as well.
